Made without flour and generously packed with almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, this luxurious gingerbread has a beautifully moist, dense texture and a rich combination of warm gingerbread spices, citrus and honey.
Each piece is carefully finished by hand — some glazed with delicate lemon icing, others coated in milk or dark chocolate and decorated with almonds.
