Every North Table order is prepared in small batches, with care and attention to quality. Here's how ordering and delivery work.

🛍️ Minimum Order

Our minimum order is: $50‍ ‍

This allows us to prepare and deliver our handcrafted products efficiently while maintaining our small-batch approach.

🚚 Free Local Delivery

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS $50+

Free delivery is available within approximately 20 km of West Ryde, Sydney.

If your delivery address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to discuss delivery options and any applicable delivery charge.

📅 When Should I Order?

Our standard weekly schedule is simple:

Order by Wednesday COB

→ Delivery the following Saturday

Order after Wednesday COB

→ Delivery on Saturday of the following week

Because our products are handmade in small batches, ordering by the Tuesday cut-off helps us prepare your order fresh for Friday delivery.

🎁 Birthday & Special Gifts

Sending a North Table Cookie Gift Box for someone's birthday?

Birthday Cookie Gift Boxes can be delivered on a day of your choice, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

Please contact us before ordering so we can arrange the date that works best for you.

We plan to apply special delivery arrangements during Mother's Day • Father's Day • Christmas • Easter

·       Saturday and Sunday delivery prior and on Mother’s & Father’s Day

·       Everyday delivery for 1 week prior to Christmas Day and on Christmas Day

·       Everyday delivery for 1 week prior to Easter Monday and on Easter Monday

Please contact us early for these occasions, as availability may be limited.

🎀 Gift Wrapping

Want your gift to arrive beautifully presented?

Gift wrapping is available for an additional $5 per cookie gift box.

Your gift will be carefully wrapped and finished with a ribbon or other decorative detail.

You can also arrange a personal message to be included with your gift.

↩️ Cancellations & Returns

Because North Table products are handcrafted food items and many orders are prepared specifically for the requested delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will always do our best to accommodate your request, but once preparation has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

For food products, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.

If there is a problem with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is another problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order details

• A description of the problem

• Photographs of the product, where appropriate

• Photographs of the packaging, where appropriate

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
